Step 9 : Day 4 : Yiwu - Dongyang - Suzhou

Day 4 : Yiwu - Dongyang - Suzhou

Early breakfast...

Leaving WHWH Hotel we stayed last night to Yiwu International Trade City.

We spent our first Yuan at Yiwu International Trade City, one of the largest commercial cities in the world. then we transfered to Dongyang to visit Dongyang Woodcarving Museum.

108 good warriors...

I like this scrupture the most; mother and a child.

The laughing Buddha...

Is it wood or porcelain? But it was at the wood carving exhibition hall.
Beside woodcarving, we also saw the bamboo plaiting at another exhibition hall.

Before proceed to Suzhou, had our lunch first at the hotel. Saw below luxury car at the hotel entrance.
Saw this pity gold fish at the restaurant's aquarium. Don't worry, they didn't intend to kill the fish...just change the aquarium's water.

Midway, visited the Chrysanthemum factory...another main product of China.

Free drinks again...

Inside the same factory. Normally, factory spot had other China product to be sell as well.

Dare to try? For sure not for me...yuck!!!

Learn how the walnut powder made...just a selling technique to show how pure their product is.

Dinner at Suzhou. After that proceed to famous shopping street; Guan Qian Street where enjoyed a lot of fun shopping with limitted time. Items were very cheap but only 1 hour for us.

Finished shopping, visitted Bird's Nest, the twin brother of the Bird's Nest in Beijing which were created by the same designer. Near by are Jinji Lake and Ligong Causeway which developed with the help of Singapore. The night view was fantastic...

Lastly get the chance to see the Sky screen; the world largest LCD screen, 500 meters in length and 32 meters in width which replaced the former largest screen (400m long) in Las Vegas and became the no.1 in the world.

End of the fourth day. Proceed to Yijia kaiyuan Hotel. The night still early when we reached hotel...planned to have a look around the Shuzhou streets but everything closed. No night life over here.
I liked the design of our hotel room...quite unique with the bath room at the middle of the room. first entered you saw two chair with a coffee table without the bed to be seen. Saw the bed after make a U turn. Unique for me...hehehe...
Somemore with 2 heaters...very warm.

From the balcony...
