Step 4 : Day3 : Shenzhen China

Day 3 : Shenzhen, China

"Shenzhen"...first thing in my mind is shop till I drop!!! Get your RMB $$$ really because they only accept RMB only, and not other currency. Don't forget your China Visa too.

The journey to Shenzhen roughly took about 1 hours only by MTR to Lo Wu station. We only planned to spend 1 day without overnight in Shenzhen so we need to be quick. Once we arrived at Lo Wu station, we need to transfer our transportation with Shenzhen Metro, the most convenient transportation in Shenzhen. The Metro run until 11pm, so we need to travel back before that.

Our first destination was Window of the World ( Shi Jie Zhi Chuang ). The entrance just a few hundred km from the Shi Jie Zhi Chuang Metro Station. So convenient!!! You can travel the world in 1 day over here!!!

The entarance of the Window of the World. The entarance fee only RMB120.

At that time, 2008 Olympic is on-going at China.

This 480,000 square meter park has a beautiful natural landscapes and wonderful mini size monuments. Inside, you can see...

The Japanese cultural house...

Stonehenge, Wiltshire county, UK world's most famous prehistoric monument.

The 1:3 ratio Eiffel Tower...

Giza Pyramid and the Great Sphinx..

And many other great places...

Around 3pm...we get ready for shopping in Dong Men Pedestrian Street . We took the Metro again and stopped at Lao Jie Metro Station, exit A. A place to go for clothes, hair accessories and many many more. I was informed that this place is better than Luohu Commercial City in terms of price and range of items. Other than several department stores, most are smaller stalls. The price is cheap but with China standards. You can easily spend a day there.

Beside shopping, the food are good and cheap as well compare to HK.
